The Crime Stoppers

The Crimestoppers band has been playing the Mid-Atlantic music scene, from Maryland to North Carolina, for over forty-one (43) years. Founding Washington Area Musician Association members (WAMA) and Wammie-nominated Crimestoppers play a combination of classic rock, rockin’ blues, and newer alt-rock selections. The band covers classic-oriented rock from the 60s/70s/80s/90s/00s/10s. While the band specializes in Texas Blues (Stevie Ray Vaughan, Coco Montoya), Southern Rock (Lynyrd Skynyrd, Allman Brothers), and other artists like Warren Zevon, Eric Clapton, Bruce Springsteen, and many other classic rock bands from the 60s through the 20’s. After doing this for 43 years, we must be doing it right!
