We don’t want to blow your minds too much, but back in the “before times,” known as anything pre-March 2020, people gathered at their local Bethany Blues in order to enjoy bountiful “brunch buffets.” The plague threatened to wipe them out entirely, but this Mother’s Day, Bethany Blues of Lewes is resurrecting this sacred brunch experience. So get your napkins ready because it’s about to go down!

That’s right: The Bethany Blues Sunday Brunch is back this Mother’s Day, Sunday May 9th, at the Lewes location, and just in the knick of time. One could even say this is the Mother of all buffet comebacks…. If there was ever a year where mom doesn’t want to cook, trust us, it’s this year. She has cooked your family so many meals, and done so many virtual schooling sessions, that she deserves a Covid MVP trophy. In lieu of that, we think brunch is a great start.

This year’s brunch buffet will be modified a bit to fit Covid-19 standards and observe social distancing. Additionally, Bethany Blues of Lewes will be seating on a first-come, first-serve basis, beginning at 9AM. The Brunch Buffet will include everyone’s favorites items including Angie’s famous omelet station, brisket and ham carving station, Belgian waffles, assorted desserts, shrimp, smoked salmon, Surf Bagels, barbecued meats, our famous pigs on the wing…and more!

And of course, if you are not yet coming out into the wild to enjoy brunch, Blues is also at the ready with their Mother’s Day Brunch To Go with menus that start for just two and can accommodate up to 10 people. They have the full brunch experience, a la carte items, and a great boozy menu where you can load up on mimosas, crushes, bloodies, or bourbon flights.

You know you’ve missed us. As we welcome back a Sunday tradition on a day crafted just for Mom, we are not taking reservations, the buffet will be first come, first serve from 9AM until 3PM. (Dinner will be served at 3PM.) Buffet price is $26.00 per person and $12.00 per child.
