Born of a love of barbecue and a desire to blend traditional, slow-smoked flavors with beach cuisine, Bethany Blues was founded in 2003 in Bethany Beach, Delaware. Our second location in Lewes, Delaware opened in 2009. We serve the freshest seafood, locally famous dishes like Pigs On the Wing, award-winning brisket, and many other favorites, setting the standard for beach-style barbecue. Our mouth-watering menu and friendly staff are serving up stellar hospitality.
We do it all—from full service catering to our Sunday brunch extravaganza, Bingo, team trivia, paint nights, and live entertainment. Passionate about bourbon? Nothing goes together like bourbon and barbecue. Bethany Blues has over 120 whiskeys and over 50 of those are part of the private stash collection. We hand select our own single-barrels for our house whiskey pour. Let us make a bourbon believer out of you!

Bethany Blues’ Barbecue and Beyond Catering offers full service catering from smaller in-house gatherings, casual backyard barbecues, and full scale, catered weddings! Our fleet of vehicles, including our food truck, three mobile smokers, and delivery trucks are out on the road daily delivering the finest barbecue in the area, as well as plated service by the areas most talented chefs.
Our award-winning catering team delivers an experience that will leave your guests talking. We cater over 200 events per year, and our highly professional team stands ready to craft a menu that you won’t soon forget.
