They were the utmost professionals and ensured that service and dinner ran smoothly! Along with the fabulous service, Bethany Blues provided food that is still being talked about a week later! Kathy and her team at Bethany Blues were amazing! Throughout the entire process, Kathy was so great and easy to work with. She was so quick to respond to any question I had and went above and beyond to check in with my other vendors to make sure everything was in order leading up to the day. Throughout the wedding day, Kathy and her team were constantly checking in with me and my husband to make sure we had food and something to drink. Not only did our guests rave about the food but also the service! We had a large wedding and there was never a wait at the bar. We also used Nicole for our desserts and everything was delicious and so gorgeous! I could not recommend Bethany Blues enough!

Bethany Blues was so easy to work with! Understanding, flexible, reliable - we didn't worry about any aspect of the catering even once. Food all turned out great! Didn't hurt that they are home to our nephews's favorite mac and cheese 🙂

Kathy and her team at Bethany Blues were incredible at my wedding in November. Every person I talked to that evening RAVED over how amazing the food was. The service was excellent, food was out quick, tables were fed quickly, & the drink lines were never backed up for long. Kathy was so hands on with my husband and I and was constantly making sure we were fed & had plenty to drink. She even saved me extra mac & cheese from cocktail hour because she knew that was all I was waiting for and we didn't make it to cocktail hour because we were taking pictures. I was so incredibly impressed and if I EVER need another catering vendor in that area, Bethany Blues, especially Kathy, will be my first call.

We used Bethany Blues for our wedding at Hopkins Heartland and were absolutely thrilled with them! From the very beginning, their event manager Kathy was helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable and reliable. She got back to us very quickly with any requests and updates and made the catering process easy. The service at the wedding was great, the team worked well together to ensure everything went smoothly and the food was great. Many of our guests complimented the food and told us they loved it. The bartenders were quick and we never had a line of more than a few people. Overall they did an amazing job and we would highly recommend!! Thank you BB!

All I can say is AMAZING! The food was even better than the tasting and the servers were extremely attentive and professional. The bartenders were quick and all of our guests gave nothing but compliments. It's been over a month and people are still raving about the food. They even went above and beyond and helped us clean up our centerpieces after the reception was over. Their pastry chef Nicole did a stunning job on our delicious wedding cake. We had a backyard wedding and they were extremely helpful in making sure we had the correct tables, chairs and layout that was necessary to make the day seamless. We will be recommending them to everyone we know.

We are so glad that we went with Bethany Blues as the caterer for our wedding. Kathy and the staff constantly made sure that my husband and I were able to try out the appetizers and buffet food throughout the cocktail hour & reception and just to check if we needed anything. The food was delicious - the guests specifically commented on the corn bread with honey butter and the tenderness of the beef brisket. One of our guests even said that it was the best food they had ever had at any wedding! We would highly recommend Bethany Blues for any couples looking for a caterer for their wedding!
