01 Jul BLUES OF LEWES ROLLS OUT MUSIC SCHEDULE
Bethany Blues of Lewes has a brand new look, and to go with it, a hot entertainment schedule that is packed with a ton of amazing music. Their new Booking Manager, Shannon Robison, has been hard at work putting together evenings full of music in a variety of genres.
Robison says, “I’ve really enjoyed being the go-to person for live music and booking bands. It has been refreshing to see the amount of bands and musicians that have reached out to me in our local area and beyond. Live music is alive and well! We have a good mix of blues, country, classic rock, 80s, 90s, bluegrass, and acoustic in our line-up over the next couple months.”
The goal is to have fun, upbeat, and talented musicians on the stage to keep the crowd dancing all summer long. During the renovations, Blues upgraded their sound system and bar area to highlight the live entertainment and showcase the stage. There is also the new lounge bar which feels like you’re backstage: something they are very excited about!
Robison is adding a Youth Band Night on Tuesday nights this season from 7-10pm, which will highlight all the talented teenage bands in our area! Wednesdays are acoustic sounds, 6:00 to 8:30PM. While Fridays and Saturdays belong to full bands, 8:30 to 11:30PM.
Robinson and the entire Blues of Lewes crew cannot wait to see everyone in the establishment all summer long for bands, bourbon, and big dance vibes!
