This Father’s Day, give Dad what he wants: barbecue he doesn’t have to make and relaxation. Bethany Blues is ready for a great Father’s Day coming up on Sunday, June 20th, and the Lewes location is having specials that the dad in your life will love! Blues’ wants Dad to have it his way this Father’s Day, and there are two great ways to celebrate in true Blues’ style, depending on your dad’s preferences.
One of the perks of the last year (if there were any) was getting into a flexible mindset that changed the nature of carry out. Now, experiences are able to be brought outside of the restaurant and into the home, which allows for a more broad reach when it comes to holidays and special occasions. The creativity element, where Giannella and her staff come in to create these carry out boxes, also amps up the fun and allows the kitchen to think beyond the borders of the table. Turns out, we really can have it all.
Nicole Giannella, Bethany Blues Catering Manager for the Lewes location, says, “Things are reopened, and we are so happy to be able to be back to business as usual. We are also excited to be able to offer the BBQ boxes, for pick up, which have given everyone additional options for how to enjoy our delicious food outside our brick and mortar location.”
At the restaurant, Blues is rolling out their amazing brunch buffet with all the items you have come to know and love from Bethany Blues. Their extensive buffet will start at 9AM and is on a first come, first serve basis. Offerings will include everyone’s favorites items like Angie’s famous omelet station, brisket and ham carving station, Belgian waffles, assorted desserts, shrimp, smoked salmon, Surf Bagels, barbecued meats, our famous pigs on the wing…and more!
If dad wants to kick back in his favorite comfy spot at home, Lewes has also put together a delicious Beer and BBQ Box for the occasion. These mouth watering boxes are stocked with pork belly porchetta, bone-in smoked beef short ribs, pimento cheese mashed potatoes, Blues’ cucumber and onion salad, and a choice of two four packs from Mispillion. Those four pack choices include, War Llama (sour), Space Otter (American Pale Ale), Not Today Satan (IPA), and McLovin Mango (Milkshake Style IPA).
The boxes serve 4 and are $120.00. They can be picked up on Saturday 6/19 and come with full directions for reheating, or on Sunday, 6/20 hot and ready to go! To order yours, call the Lewes location (only) at 302-644-2500.
