When it comes to Mother’s Day, one thing is for sure: local moms are sick of planning the details! Moms work hard all year and for at least one day, they deserve to be unburdened of working, cooking, and especially of planning the family events. This year, Bethany Blues is putting out this Public Service Announcement to dads across Delmarva: this Mother’s Day, bring your family into Bethany Blues and leave the planning to US!
Mother’s Day is fast approaching on Sunday, May 13th, and we know how busy life gets. We want to help you seize your opportunity to impress the mother in your life with a great day of eating and relaxation at either Bethany Blues location. Because we aren’t just about food, we’re about family, we wanna help a daddy out with a few tips to pulling off the perfect day for mom.
- Get the kids out of the house so she can sleep in a little. Yes, out. Like drive them around the block if you have to, but just let mom get a little extra shut-eye!
- Bring her coffee in bed, and then let her grab a nice, long shower!
- Pack up the car, and the kids, and bring them into either Bethany Blues location for our amazing brunch or dinner specials.
- Cap it off with a nice walk on the beach, and remember, flowers, cards, and a special gift always go a long way in making mom feel appreciated. Bonus points for homemade and handwritten love from the kiddos!

In Lewes, Bethany Blues will be rolling out the colossal brunch buffet. There is something to please everyone’s palette from freshly squeezed mimosas and a bloody mary bar to our smoked brisket, pork, chicken, omelet and waffle stations to an entire kiddie buffet! In Bethany Beach, come into Blues and order off of our brunch menu. Or pop into either location for dinner specials beginning in the late afternoon.
